Yes, and in fact, the FTC very specifically raised the bar *higher* for bloggers than it does for print. Interesting, that.

I don't disagree with the policy. But as you say, the antidote is disclosure. And there's no reason blogs can't have rules.

Well, and TechCrunch deleting all posts is overkill. People break rules, whether print or online; you just need to respond appropriately.
